This was a 60-day close situation. After application, there was not a lot of communication until things came "down to the wire" about 2 weeks before close. There was information in the application which had become stale, and I wanted to update...

Very communicative and quick responses to questions with answers that were understandable and thorough. Also sent friendly reminders to finish paperwork on time which was great with my busy schedule
