Tina was great to work with, she keep me informed throughout the while process. Her and her team scrambled to fix a issue at the last minute so we were still able to close on time.

There are MANY steps to USDA home loan but Guild is among the few in my area that offer this type of loan. Tina & Chris made it a fairly smooth and simple process.

With over 20 years in the mortgage lending industry, Tina is deeply rooted in Andover, Kansas where she has lived for the majority of her life and where she met her husband, Jeff in high school. Together, they are raising two teenage sons and love exploring the mountains and backcountry roads in their Jeep Wrangler. Tina is always excited for football season and looks forward to traveling to Lawrence each fall to visit their college student and cheer on the Jayhawks. Tina is an active member of the Andover community, serving on the boards of the Andover Area Chamber of Commerce and the Andover Police and Fire Foundation.
