April, I appreciate your kind words about my advocacy and communication efforts. It's important to me that both clients and agents are involved and informed throughout the process with Guild Mortgage.
Everything was good; the only thing I was pretty frustrated with was the interest rated quoted and the then told it changed within 3 hours, when I had confirmed I wanted that rate over text.
