    We refinanced our home with Tim, he got us a good rate and kept fees down. Our appraisal came in higher than expected too so it was a great experience.

    We did a more complicated loan (Home Renovation) so the amount of paper work and process is more lengthy.But Tim was very knowledgeable in this product and did a Great Job !

    Tim went above and beyond to ensure the home buying process was as smooth as possible. He would take calls/text messages anytime he was free and was very prompt in answering all questions.
