A mortgage loan is probably the biggest loan most people will ever have. Choosing the right loan is not always as easy as picking the lowest rate. You have to factor in many variables including closing costs, down payment, mortgage insurance, how long you plan on having the loan and/or the house and what your comfortable with paying on a monthly basis. I spend the time with my customers to help them understand the options available to them so that they can CHOOSE the right mortgage. I won't just tell you a rate and move on. I have a background as a Realtor and understand the market and home buying process very well.
