Tim was professional and communication was excellent. He was so helpful and kind. The whole team worked well together to make sure we had a smooth transaction.
Can’t say enough good things about Tim and his team. Slogging through a government program is never a walk in the park but I would put this crew up against anyone for making things happen.

You did everything in a timely manner and everything went smooth. I was impressed. My husband did this before so I didn't know what all it involved and you made it easy to understand.
