Tim was awesome. He answered all of our questions and gave us comfort in making the decision to do the Reverse Mortgage. His office staff also were great to work with!
Keeping close tabs on the process and excellent communication. Superb understanding of the situation by both Diamond and Tim.
Reverse mortgages aren’t super common and they helped my clients understand it and got them into the perfect loan product for what they needed.

The education provided was priceless. The professionalism of Tim, the staff, the appraiser and closing agent was impeccable.
