The team was efficient and very kind. However I wish underwriting didn't wait so long to request the largest transaction in my account that I had mentioned before hand, almost resulting in me owing $1500 at closing.

Thomas and Geena are always very responsive and transparent about the process. And a bonus is how fast they worked to get the approval. We litterally got a clear to close in less than 14 working days!
