Tom is aware of this feedback. Just a huge delay with very little to no communication. And on top of it we were not told to stop our auto payments for the prior loan so we are going to be out money.
This was my first time selling a home to someone moving to my state from another state, Virtual tour and then right to Purchase agreement and this lender was able to get the deal done for us across state lines.
