Tom and his team were super responsive and made things happen. Their rates and fee structure were also great. While real estate deals are rarely actually painless, Tom and his team got pretty close.
Try closing on time
Tom and his team made the loan process understandable and helped move me along the path toward securing my first home. We had an open line of communication throughout the entire process.
The team did a great job with updates throughout the process. Keeping the buyer and agents informed and getting the clear to close on time to meet our initial contract date made this transaction a seamless one! Would love to do it again!
