Better communication—different info came from different sources. I felt like we were at cross purposes when we were supposed to be on the same team. Their approach was argumentative and obtuse. It caused unnecessary stress and strife.
Tom provided valuable experience and expertise throughout our home sale/purchase process.
Buying a house can be stressful, and there were many times I felt like I was on my own. But Tom always makes you feel like at least one person is looking out for you.
My original loan officer left the company. After his departure there was little communication with me all the way up until the day I closed.
