This was for a very difficult loan to finance a single wide MFH. I tried very hard to help but was unable to finalize the purchase.

We really enjoyed working with Tom and we would work with him again. He is very easy to work with and responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. He's passionate at what he does and it shows. Always has a smile on his face.
Mr. Kosta is very knowledgeable, and did manage to handle my fairly complicated loan. His personality, well sometimes good sometimes "spotty" at best. I kind of felt he could have been a bit more warm and fuzzy during this stressful time.
