I had a great experience with Tom. He let me know in advance what was needed and when. He was always available text phone or a face to face. I met with Tom and after our first meeting I knew I was going with Guild.
I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job at keeping me informed. He spent a lot of time making sure that things ran as smooth as possible.
Tom Kosta at Guild Mortgage answered all of our questions and helped us on every step of our loan. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Tom also kept in contact throughout the various steps which was also very helpful.
