Communication was a little challenging. I often did not understand what was being asked of me. And there was a lot! This was the most complicated mortgage we've secured.
Tom was very personable and quick to respond and help us in different situations. He was solution oriented and I appreciate everything he did for us

All questions were answered in a timely manner
Tom was always available even during off work time and was working with us to make sure we acquire our home. He was also very responsive and quick to help with the all the questions concerns we had!
The communication was great. Thomas was very accessible.
