Available when I had questions regardless of time of day. Easy transaction but didn't like that I had to push for a better rate that aligned with current market.
Thomas was a very good communicator and really communicated well to lock what I feel is a great rate. In addition he answered many of questions i had before during and after.. I'd close with Thomas represented your company very well.
There was good communication throughout the mortgage process.
Expectations were not clear. Information posted by other parties in the portal may not have been posted correctly. This was not identified by Thomas, this led to a delay in closing.
