Tom answered to phone every time or called back right away even on the weekends. answered my questions and made the whole experince less painful and provided great direction.

Thomas was very responsive throughout the entire process. It was great having someone we could text to ask questions and get an immediate response. He was ready to jump in as soon as we found the home we wanted to purchase!
