Great advice and communication
Tom did amazing job, always respond all my question in quick manner, explain the process, anytime we encounter a roadblock, he was able to remove it and tackle. It is shame (joke) that you don't have more Tom's in your entire group!
Communicated everything well and answered all of my questions in a way that was easier to understand

I had no issue with Thomas directly. He was fantastic. My issue was more with the processor of the loan. She was very rude and not easy to deal with. Did not appear to have much customer focus in her behavior.
