This was my first home purchase so I didn’t know what to expect. Thomas was very informative, and explained things to me! He kept me in the loop and called with status. He was friendly and knowledgeable too!

Tom is really good at what he does and easy to talk to, but he's so busy that some of the communication dropped off, which may (or may not) have impacted an interest rate lock.
I would have liked to see more options relative to the purchase. Especially with regards to eliminating the PMI.
