Smooth process.
Thomas was communicative, answered all our questions quickly, and made himself available. With something as stressful as relocating - Thomas was an immense help.

Tom and the entire team were extremely responsive throughout the process. We encountered a delay in the appraisal process but Tom stayed in constant communication with us and we were able to close on time and retain our rate.
