Thomas was always available to help and very polite, even during after hours.
Tom was super, consistent and always ahead of us. With some others I sometimes felt a little confused but as I said, overall this was one of the best financial experiences I’ve had.

Tom was very professional and did a lot for us to navigate the home buying process. He did a great job overall.
Regular checkin and availability to answer questions
The loan agent was fantastic as was the closer. However, the person in between who worked on estimated closing was tough for both me and my closing team to work with; they often were lagging on key information.
Tom was absolutely GREAT to work with!
