The Ross Murray team including Steven, Mike & everyone behind the scenes went ABOVE and beyond to make sure we got our loan on our terms and we closed in under 30 days on a VA loan. I seriously can’t recommend these guys enough.

Thanks for staying in contact throughout the entire very difficult process. Mike Steven & Ross are all top notch and made the process somewhat enjoyable 😂
Any email that didn't require a signature was only sent to my husband. You guys obviously had my email because if a signature was needed I was included. Very annoying to have to hear what was going on from him and not directly from you.
I would say one area of improvement would be my wife was annoyed that she wasn’t included in most of the emails so she felt a little left out of the process
more communication
I've completed three loans with Ross's team, each one was painless and quick. This team has incomparable knowledge of the mortgage space. You could call me a Neighborhood lifer.
Great experience, the process was very fast, and if I had any questions someone always answered the phone and helped me out.
Everything went wonderfully and we couldn't have been happier with the communication and professionalism.
