I have no idea who Terry Heffner is. I never once spoke with him during the entire transaction. I was working with someone named Hannah so I'm not sure why this survey came to me. Hannah was great though!

Amy, endured a hard customer over a period of almost 6 yrs. She is as outstanding as she was 6 yrs. Ago. She did us a great job in the present, turmoil in the mortgage market didn't help. Thank you Amy!
