Ms. Schmitt was extremely helpful in assisting us to purchase a foreclosure property. She helped in answering questions the "Home Steps" agent could not answer. I would recommend her as a lender to friends and family.
The process went smoothly.
Very impressed with Teresa Schmitt's level of knowledge and her ability to explain it in a very basic way, without being condescending.
