The thing that made it great was that it was successful. Otherwise it was a stressful and more information was requested than I was comfortable with. But I realized it was required to secure the mortgage loan.
Easy to work with and professional! Very friendly and even spoke to us on a weekend and evening when we needed some clarifications etc.
