Excellent overall process Tara is amazing.
The beginning of the loan process was great, but as we proceeded it was very difficult to get in contact with our AE. Also, COCs were not reflected in the portal despite multiple communications.
Tara came on at the end and really came in clutch. She made a great first impression.
The closing department needs work. I was told the closing department priortizes purchases over refinacnes. This is unacceptable since refinances are paying customers also. It shoul be first in first out.
Very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Helped us rush to get closed on time when we were dealing with delays caused by the borrowers not getting docs in a timely manner.
Tara is simply the best advocate and support for a broker owner like myself. Our working relationship over the last 5 years is the reason why I continue to support her as my AE.
