In addition to Conventional & Jumbo lending programs, she is well versed in VA, Rural Development, FHA and Community Lending requirements and will work with you to place you in the right loan.
A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a degree in Business, Susan originates loans in both Alabama and Tennessee and is very active in her local community. She is a member of the Shoals Chamber, Affiliate Board Member of the Shoals Area Association of Realtors and an avid runner. Her goal is to make your dream of home ownership come true and her motto is simple, Together we can make it happen!
