It would have been nice to have the checks sent directly to the accounts to be paid off. Having to find the addresses and then mail in the checks was a pain. Also, the closing documents made it sound like it was my fault that you didn't have...

I always want to make sure borrowers fully understand the programs available to provide the best benefit, what the process entails, and they know that I am always here for them to make it a seamless process. Steve is a born & raised Hoosier, but currently calls Louisville, Kentucky home. Yes, he loves college basketball, but he is also a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Steve loves spending his free time with his wife, two boys, and their rescue dog, "Boomer".
