I was happy when we closed. Process was long but I played a part in that. I was also interacting with two people Steve and Michael. Would’ve been nice to only communicate with one.

Steve was great, but the auditors that reviewed everything took forever, and were never satisfied with the responses that were given to them. I've had several refinances and mortgages over the years and this was worse than a double root canal....

I always want to make sure borrowers fully understand the programs available to provide the best benefit, what the process entails, and they know that I am always here for them to make it a seamless process. Steve is a born & raised Hoosier, but currently calls Louisville, Kentucky home. Yes, he loves college basketball, but he is also a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Steve loves spending his free time with his wife, two boys, and their rescue dog, "Boomer".
