.Nothing against Mr. Wells, just that overall process seemed to be more complicated than in the past. Difficulties in verifyin previous Information submitted for an example.

I always want to make sure borrowers fully understand the programs available to provide the best benefit, what the process entails, and they know that I am always here for them to make it a seamless process. Steve is a born & raised Hoosier, but currently calls Louisville, Kentucky home. Yes, he loves college basketball, but he is also a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Steve loves spending his free time with his wife, two boys, and their rescue dog, "Boomer".
