My original loan officer was not responding to my realtor or myself so Steve had to step in. After talking with Steve, I found that the interest rates I was originally quoted was not locked in and I got stuck with at least 1% higher than originally...

He came in late on a loan that was dead in the water and turned it right around.

If I didn't have to send the same exact paperwork a million times the process would have went quicker. I missed out on lower interest rates because one minute I was approved for loan then the next day I need more information to get approved...
