The ability to have explanations of different processes and to ask questions about things that's were confusing. It was also a great experience because everyone involved were easy to communicate with .

Communication was not there.. promises were not kept like on interest rate. I should not be punished if rules changed when i was allready in a agreement. Was not happy with process at all. To much stress during process wasn't easy

It’s hard to explain what made the experience great… Underwriter had us going crazy for a while if it wasn’t for Stephanie and Steve I would’ve been backed out of the deal… The underwriters are extreme and unnecessary

Efficient communication and information sharing. Quick turn-around time when I asked questions. Locked in for a relatively low interest rate that worked for me. Worked with my travel schedule to ensure a timely closing.
