Efficient process, easy to complete.

They changed mortgage brokers soon after I started and I only got prepacked email from stanley. I did email him a couple times and didn't get a response.I was told i would get my funds auto deposited, and i received a check. The numbers for...

The communication was extremely poor. No returned calls multiple times. He did work out the issue at the end but communication would have alleviated a lot of unnecessary stress for me.

Stanley, was always prompt to answer my calls and get answers for me as I worked through the buying process.Stanley's most difficult time was getting firm answers for me when contract appraisal company was delayed or holding up our escrow deadline....
