Clear and frequent communication. Sensitivity regarding my partner’s disability

I just didnt feel like the coordination of everything was there, we submitted EVERYTHING on the first application but then we were asked to provide it again and again. I think I provided several documents 3 different times. It’s frustrating...

Stacey is awesome! She takes a lot of time to make sure you are comfortable with everything going on and answered all my questions very quickly. She even took the time to zoom with me after hours to go over the interest/down payment options....
