I love Stacey. But I have been less than satisfied with the loan process with Kind. We were not able to close the last loan...in both this and the last, the underwriters asked for docs pertaining to properties no longer owned by the borrowers....

The underwriting and closing staff seem to be inexperienced. I have two recent deals, and they both had unique problems that can only be caused by ineptitude or haste. Either way, my long-term relationships with these borrowers and the realtors...

Stacey is an amazing AE and always goes above and beyond the call of duty to help. She made herself available on a Saturday afternoon to help get the CTC issued from the underwriter. No one else would do that,
