Account executive is ALWAYS available, knowledgeable, and helpful. Stacey gets it done. But, underwriting on self-employed loans is absurd. The paper trail can potentially never end. When qualifying minimums are met, the loan should get cleared....

I love Stacey. But I have been less than satisfied with the loan process with Kind. We were not able to close the last loan...in both this and the last, the underwriters asked for docs pertaining to properties no longer owned by the borrowers....

Stacey made this experience wonderful. A good lender is not just about the speed but about the portal, how easily it is to upload a file for my LOA. How quickly the AE responds to issues, the underwriter being responsive, the AE helping us...

The underwriting and closing staff seem to be inexperienced. I have two recent deals, and they both had unique problems that can only be caused by ineptitude or haste. Either way, my long-term relationships with these borrowers and the realtors...
