Most communication was clear, however Shelly tended to use terms that those not in the mortgage field regularly would use. So a lot of the time I was not sure of what she was referring to. Also, the process of how to pay the monthly loan was...

The house appraise for the contracted amount... Just kidding. I know this wasn't on Shelly! Transaction flowed great even with a low appraisal. Closed early.

Shelly was incredible at communicating, I hardly had any questions because she was always on top of everything and kept us informed through the entire process. We are so grateful for her and highly recommend!
