The ground rent situation was not handled efficiently considering it was mentioned before the loan application was submitted. The documents at closing were incomplete. Additional information had to be written in instead of just providing signatures....

Shelly is a great communicator and knows her business. My only frustration was the time it took from funding to receipt of funds.
