1. Knowing ahead of time that it could take 2 months to be funded . 2. There were delays that appeared to be inefficiencies in whoever was processing all of the reports.

Shelley was very professional , answered all of our questions and was available by text or email. She made the process transparent and painless. I would totally recommend Shelley to any of my friends considering a reverse mortgage.
