I would say "good" if that was an option. What would have made it great is a little more clarity on documents needed so that multiple emails wouldn't have been necessary.

Quick and easy!
Ease of process. No obstacles once terms were agreed to. Everything was on schedule as promised.

Poor communication during closing process including planned closing date being pushed back multiple times and $1,800 in closing coasts needed in cash, hours after having already signed the papers to close.
Well they were there to help me and I was glad to have them beside me they are very wonderful people the next time I need something I would go to them
