    Shane is so personable and knowledgeable in what he does. He was so helpful walking his through the process even when our first home closing fell through he was there to support us in finding our forever home.

    The rate I receive was changed at last moment saying I wouldn’t qualify for shorter term amid all approval from processor.

    Shane was the best and always communicated with me. Sara on the other hand did not. Her communication was horrible, I feel like she wasn’t doing very good. Shane handled everything.
