Very helpful with our questions and helping us move the process along
Shane was great. Very well informed, responds to my email messages, notifies me on documents I need to submit or sign in a timely manner, we were able to close on my home in under a month. Very smooth process.
Slow response times and having to resubmit the same documents multiple times as well as not working with the same person for the entire process was frustrating. There obviously was a disconnect with communication.
