Shane excels at communicating. He was also willing to help me resolve a completely unrelated problem with my mortgage. He's prompt, polite, and professional - an asset to the company. He is what made this deal go through.
He made sure we had all of our "ducks in a row" and was determined to get things done. Kept us informed.
