Shane was knowledgeable, patient, courteous and efficient throughput the entire process, as always.
When things just don’t add up and more money then is excepted at first is owed and numbers just don’t add up it makes me feel weary. I just don’t feel good about this whole transaction.
Incompetent, rude, and arrogant. I’ve never been treated so poorly by someone I do business with. You will not have my business much longer.
