Rapid followup. Shana called me within 5 minutes of my filing out the online inquiry. Had the application done and the rate lock the same day! Very timely closing and even had a notary come meet me in another state that I was visiting to close....

Too much back and forth with requests for information and having to repeat a lot of requests. Just when we thought we were getting close to the end we had to dig up additional records.
