I wish there had been more transparency about how realistic certain deadlines were and a quicker response to what type of loan we actually qualified for.

In general both Sean and Alyssa were very good agents. They followed up on every question I had. There were however hiccups in communication from rates to closing preferences. More like inconsistencies in inormation. The title company which...
