Scott and team made this process so effortless. We saved years off our mortgage. We always feel like Scott is looking out for our best interests.

Scott is great and knowledgeable. It felt like as soon as things were finalized I didn’t get responses anymore to my emails from the team. I was also not informed that the loan didn’t go through as expected due to the fires and spent that Friday...

The whole underwriting process remains a black hole to me - it would be nice to receive more regular updates on the process and feedback as to current status and next steps. That said, I appreciate the process took longer than usual this time...
