Scott was always there to answer my questions and always has the solution that is best for me. He is a joy to work with and I appreciate his efforts to make things go smooth and quickly.
Not making sure of Local Grants available to the buyer which in turn slow down the closing. Buyer found out about Grants through me. Not making sure the appraisal been done and finding out why not. Slowed down the process alot.
