Scott was usually available to answer my questions and he did a good job of communicating my loan status to me and providing all the documents that required e-signing. And most importantly, he has an excellent sense of humor.

How fast the process was and painless

Scott did a very good job servicing my refinance. Early in the process I was assigned to someone else that was not good. I was happy to have Scott take over.
