Scott and his team are Very knowledgeable and proactively handled my refinance application and approval process
Scott answered all and any questions. always quick to answer my phone calls and to respond with information if he didn't have it right on hand. super great customer service!
It seemed to take along time to get wheels rolling. If we were trying to purchase a home it would have fell through by the time we got funded.
Scott was thorough, patient, respectful, returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Very pleasant demeanor.
Scott was on top of getting everything needed to get my loan closed. He also did a great job communicating with me and keeping me
updated with how my loan was going.
All prblems were solved Immediately. No problem working with you folks in the future
