    I was bounced around to 3 loan personnel, who obviously didn't take notes as I had to answer the same inquiries multiple time. The Loan personnel would go silent for a month, then ask for a ton of documentation, then go away for another month....

    I’ve refinanced twice now using Scott. The process is simple and all done over email/phone. He kept us informed throughout the process and closed over a month earlier than expected.
